Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026 · Borderland RP is a fan-made Roblox game community. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
What we store
When you sign in with Roblox we receive your Roblox user ID, display name, username and avatar picture (the openid and profile scopes). If you choose to link Discord we store your Discord user ID, name and your roles in the Borderland RP Discord server. We also store what you do on this website: lesson progress, practice and exam results, requests you send (ban appeals and staff applications) and a log of staff actions.
Why
To sign you in, show your progress, let staff review your requests and give staff members their permissions. We do not sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
Cookies
One sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for up to 7 days, plus short-lived cookies during sign-in. Your language choice is kept in your browser.
Where and how long
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Pages and D1). Staff action logs and duty records are deleted automatically after 30 days, and duty reports after 90 days. Ask staff in the #contact-staff channel on our Discord to see or delete your data.
